Staying near Allstate Arena was perfect, just a short walk to the venue. The room was clean and spacious, but there were minor maintenance issues. Breakfast could use some improvement, especially with utensils. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making it a comfortable experience overall.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was exceptional, making travel a breeze. The staff at the front desk were incredibly accommodating and provided incredible support during our stay. The Queen Studio with Sofa Bed was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I also appreciated the variety of restaurants nearby, allowing us to explore different dining options easily. Oh, I loved the convenience of the conveyor toaster in the breakfast room, which made mornings so much smoother.

The only minor downside was the breakfast area getting a bit crowded during peak hours.

Best of all, we enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool. Just a heads-up for future guests, reserve the grill early, as it can get busy in the evening.

The only downside was dealing with the grill situation. It was hard to get our turn since others hogged it for hours.
